Mosaic Palette 3 – Multi-color & multi-material 3D printing made easy
Bring your 3D prints to life – with up to 4 colors or materials
The Mosaic Palette 3 opens up entirely new possibilities in FDM 3D printing. This innovative multi-material system allows you to process up to four different filaments simultaneously – in varying colors or combined for specific functions. Whether you're printing flexible and rigid materials in one print or creating artistic color gradients, the Palette 3 transforms your standard printer into a true all-rounder.
Multi-material printing made easy
With Palette 3 you can:
-
combine multiple colors in a single print
-
Flexible mixing of supporting and load-bearing materials (e.g. PVA or HIPS)
-
intelligently combine flexible and rigid materials
-
realize complex geometries with soluble support structures
Thanks to the revised Splice Core 3 technology, the filaments are welded reliably and quickly – for stable transitions and precise printing results.
Simply integrate – get more performance
The Mosaic Palette 3 is easily integrated between the printer and filament feeder via plug-and-play . The integrated Canvas Hub ensures seamless communication between the printer, palette, and software. This allows you to even conveniently plan and manage your projects in the cloud via Mosaic Canvas .
How does Palette 3 work?
-
Filament feed: Four filaments are controlled individually and precisely.
-
Cutting: A rotating cutting system separates the strands precisely.
-
Welding: The filaments are reliably connected in the splice core.
-
Cooling: An optimized fan cools the connection specifically.
-
Buffer system: The cooled filament is buffered and fed evenly to the printer.
Compatibility & Materials
The Palette 3 is compatible with 1.75 mm filament and supports numerous materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA, ABS, HIPS, Polysmooth, and more. It also works seamlessly with standard single-extruder printers , transforming your existing printer into a multi-material machine.
