The Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga was designed to go where other 3D printers reach their limits. Thanks to its enormous print volume, even oversized models can be produced in a single piece – without the need for tedious segmentation or post-processing. Batch printing of multiple identical parts in a single run is also easily possible, drastically reducing production times and making processes more efficient.

With up to four active print heads on the X-axis, the OrangeStorm Giga enables simultaneous printing of multiple models. Whether identical components, different colors, or complex multicolor projects: Intelligent nozzle control maximizes your throughput – without compromising on print quality.

Power meets control – sophisticated heating and cooling system

The modular heated bed consists of four separately controllable zones with a PEI surface. These reach 100°C in just 17 minutes and can be controlled automatically or manually – for targeted energy savings while maintaining full functionality. The process is supported by an intelligent cooling system with speed-controlled ball-bearing fans, ensuring optimal layer cooling and minimal noise levels.

Speed ​​meets precision

The integrated quad-core processor with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz delivers print speeds of up to 300 mm/s – with a recommended speed of 150 mm/s for the highest level of detail. This enables six times higher productivity than conventional desktop FDM printers – while still achieving flawless surfaces.

Robust design for maximum longevity

The OrangeStorm Giga's design boasts a sturdy all-metal frame and linear guides on the X and Y axes for absolute precision. The Z axis is equipped with reinforced trapezoidal spindles and automatic leveling. Rubberized feet with a steel core provide additional vibration dampening and stability, even with massive components.

High-performance nozzle for precise extrusion

The included 0.6 mm nozzle is made of chrome-zirconium-reinforced copper, supported by a 60-watt ceramic heater and a dual-guided titanium extrusion. Additional nozzles (0.4 mm to 1 mm) are optionally available, depending on the desired level of detail and throughput. An integrated accelerometer ensures automatic resonance compensation, while PID temperature management delivers consistently stable results.
