1. Maximum temperature:

   • 400°C/500°C , depending on the heating cartridge used.
   • Ideal for high-temperature filaments such as PEEK and PEI.

2. Material compatibility:

   • PEEK, PEI and other sophisticated engineering plastics.

3. HTX nozzles:

   • Hardened steel nozzles with copper segment for improved heat transfer.
   • Coated with chromium nitride for maximum abrasion resistance.

4. Components:

   • HT Block (high temperature heating block).
   • PT1000 or PT100 temperature sensor.
   • High-Precision (HT) or Ultra High Temperature (UHT) heating cartridge.
   • Revo Spring for secure installation.
   • Nozzle kits for precise work with different nozzle strengths.

Scope of delivery

• Standalone Kit:
  • Contains the basic hotside components (heater block, sensor, heater cartridge, spring).
• Single Nozzle Kit:

  • Complete nozzle set (0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm) for versatile applications.

Fits the following Revo systems:

• Revo Micro, Six, Voron, Creality, Hemera XS, Prusa MK3/Mini, MicroSwiss NG, Biqu H2 V2, LGX

Notes

• Not compatible with V6 heating blocks.
• For PT100, an amplifier board may be required.
• Z-offset should be adjusted after changing the nozzle.
• Recommendation: Do not use abrasive materials with 0.25mm nozzles as this increases the risk of clogging.
