Thanks to the three-stage gearbox—consisting of a planetary gear, a spur gear, and a dual hobb output—power is transferred optimally. Control is maintained even at maximum material flow—without filament grinding, even under extreme conditions.

Maintenance? Made easy.

The Roto was designed with accessibility in mind: Three screws are all it takes to remove the heatsink and filament path, while the main body remains securely attached. The new filament tensioning system has also been redesigned: With just one hand movement, the tension can be loosened or adjusted to optimal tightness – ideal for cold pulls or quick filament changes between print jobs.

Thermal design – uncompromisingly well thought out

The highlight: the 3D-printed metal heat sink – manufactured using the SLM process. This unique component not only offers a visually stunning appearance but also maximum thermal efficiency.
