Ultrafuse PC GF30: The future of industrial 3D printing technology Unmatched strength and heat resistance

Ultrafuse® PC GF30 sets new standards in industrial 3D printing with its exceptional strength and heat resistance. With a high 30% glass fiber content, this filament was specifically developed for applications requiring extreme strength and heat resistance. Its high heat resistance of up to 134°C ensures your parts retain their shape and stability even under the most demanding conditions. Perfect for the production of functional prototypes, tools, and end-use parts that must be durable and resilient.

Versatility for indoor and outdoor applications

Thanks to its UV resistance and low moisture absorption, Ultrafuse® PC GF30 is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Whether in the transportation, automotive, or construction industries, this filament meets all the requirements for a durable, weather-resistant material. Furthermore, it meets the V0 flame-retardant rating, making it the optimal choice for safety-critical applications requiring high flame resistance.

Optimal printing results: Tips & tricks for perfect printing

To achieve the best results with Ultrafuse® PC GF30, several important parameters should be considered. A nozzle temperature of 280-330°C and a print bed temperature of 80-100°C are crucial for consistent material flow and excellent adhesion. For optimal print quality, a nozzle size of at least 0.6 mm is recommended, while a print speed of 30-60 mm/s offers the best compromise between detail and efficiency. Drying the filament at 100°C for at least 5 hours before printing is essential to remove moisture and avoid print defects.
