If your location is not listed, this means we don't ship to it.
3. Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
For products with our brands, we offer free shipping.
For products from the marketplace, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
